Before you startQuestions from property managers
Can we use HVAC filter service without salt or fridge service?
Yes. Start with the service your homes need. Refrigerator filter replacements and softener salt refills can be added only at eligible properties.
What if tenants are responsible for changing their filters?
We can discuss an owner-approved replacement service as an alternative or supplement. Your team confirms the lease requirements, authorization, and billing responsibility before enrollment.
How is access handled?
We agree on an authorized access and notification process before service. Access arrangements and any charges for return visits are included in the scope. Do not send keys, codes, or tenant information in an initial inquiry.
What completion records can we arrange?
Discuss the records you need during the quote process, such as the property address, service date, filter size, replacement photos, and exception notes. We confirm the reporting and invoice format before the pilot.
What happens if an appliance shows a filter alert early?
Contact us to review the model and replacement history. Additional materials or a separate trip may require an approved charge. Scheduled replacement coverage is defined in your quote.
Do we need to enroll the entire portfolio?
No. Begin with a small paid pilot in Utah County. After reviewing the first service round, we can discuss a recurring schedule and additional homes.
